The PIN can be used to locate a purchase if necessary, or to locate a game subscription. More commonly it is used to generate activation codes for each of our games. The PIN is used because it is unique to your device, making your activation code unique to your device.
- The device PIN can be located by selecting Options from the Home Screen. Then select Status.
There
is an alternate method if replying to a support request via your
device. In your message, simply type 'mypin', minus the
quotes, and push space.
